INGREDIENTS
2 pinchCardamom
2 pinchFennel Seeds
1/4 pinchGinger (Fresh)
1 Cinnamon stick
PREPARATION
Mash ginger in a mortar and pestle or chop. Grind cardamom and fennel using a mortar and pestle or coffee grinder. Add cinnamon stick. Place in cup. Pour boiling water over ingredients and steep, covered, for three minutes. Strain and serve.
