4 Day Easy Cleanse

 

If you are feeling sluggish, or worried about the strength of your immunity system, join me. This is the right time to strengthen your system, before we head into winter.

 

Every Body type is different and therefore must be cared for in a cleanse differently. The problem with western and trendy cleanses is they do not address the uniqueness of your body, nor do they support you after the cleanse. 

 

Cleansing according to Âyurveda must be done during a time you can rest and then rejuvenate.

 

The good news: You can set yourself up for an easier, healthier winter by taking time now, in autumn, for this gentle, four-day Ayurvedic cleanse. September 27-30 (all webinars will be recorded so if this time doesn’t work you can choose a different time on your own).

 

In Âyurveda cleanses are generally done at seasonal junction points. Cleansing in the fall is key to maintaining health. 

 

Our body accumulates toxins which we call AMA in Âyurveda. Through poor diet choices as well as environmental pollution and chemicals that can be found everywhere.

 

 

To ease the internal process, you’ll eat easily digestible foods during the cleanse, so your body can put more energy toward eliminating toxins, but you’ll also maintain enough variety and flavor in your diet to keep you from losing interest or feeling hungry. As a four-day program, the cleanse is just long enough to strengthen the digestive fire and purify the mind. I will be here to help you with the process.

How is Ayurvedic Cleanse Different?

​

Ayurvedic cleanses are individualized, and done under the guidance of an Ayurvedic professional. They are based on a client’s unique body constitution, or prakriti,  ther imbalances, or vikrati, the state of their agni, or their digestive and metabolic fire, and the ama, or toxins, in their body. Prakriti is a combination of the doshas, and doesn’t change. A vikrati can occur in any dosha, and can continue to change throughout a person’s life. For instance, while the Pitta dosha makes a person’s digestion robust, in excess, it can cause hyperacidity.

Ayurvedic cleanses differ from other detoxes in three ways. 

1. They are individualized and ideally done under supervision. 

2. They involve three stages; preparation (Poorvakarma), the actual/active cleanse (Shodhana) and rejuvenation (Rasayana).

3. They attend to the commonly-ignored aspects of mental health and lifestyle.
