“Whatever relationship you choose to have with yourself, it flows into everyone else in your life.”_Paras Moghtader

My Story

I first stepped into the yoga world in Kerala, India in March 2009. The experience left me incredibly transformed and I knew I had finally found my Dharma (life purpose). Ever since then, I have not stopped studying...a sense of urgency set into my being to learn this vast knowledge of Yoga. Why do I feel so good?! How could a series of movements leave me so alive?!

I left my corporate life and all the attachments that came with it. I started following my teachers around and the journey led me to Ayurveda in 2013. As my studies continue, so does my eagerness to teach the world what I have experienced for myself, as Charaka (the author of the ancient ayurvedic texts) says: "You only understand Ayurveda once you have experienced it for yourself." So don't take my word for it, start trying it for yourself.
